Calimoto is the #1 motorcycle navigation app worldwide. As a product designer at calimoto, my responsibilities encompass standard UX tasks for apps and websites. Additionally, I engage in strategic design and extensive research. A key part of my role is setting up and maintaining design systems, collaborating closely with the product heads and founders. Equally important is my partnership with development teams, ensuring cohesive and effective product outcomes.
Working at calimoto
Together with Florian, my UX coworker, we are constantly improving and evolving the android and iOS app. At calimoto, we work with OKRs. As product designers, we are deeply involved in defining what work on within the cycle. It all starts with discovery user journey mapping, impact mapping, ideation and so on. Within the process, we constantly try to involve as a stakeholder such as as a department, but also all the developers.

As I am (together with others) responsible for the whole app- and also web-experience, it's hard to put our work into classic project-case-studies. So, I share some work examples, I've been working on over the last couple of months.
